I have strong feelings both ways about coming into the store here. I really tire of the pounce mentality of most retail locations: The obnoxious status checks. Saying hello in retail really means "don't steal our stuff. We had to say that because you look poor." Asking to join some rewards or spam program is also awful. However... I can't really seem to get my questions answered. "What is this leather treated with"...."Can I get a cuff style band custom made?" ...... The service level simply doesn't reflect the price point.

Why bother?
