Definitely won't be back, the staff working was extremely rude. I ordered a drink, and the girl taking my order messed it up somehow. So when the other lady went to go make it she made it wrong. It was a simple mix up, of the lady making my drink iced instead of frozen. I let her know before she was known making it the lady was rude and tried to tell me I was the one who got it wrong even though I told the lady it was supposed to be frozen. It could have been a simple fix as there was no price difference because I paid for the correct drink. But instead, she proceeded to make a huge fuss about it making smart and rude remarks to me. Then after she handed me my drink, she proceeded to continue talking about me while I was sitting in the shop! I then witnessed make rude remarks to other customers, giving them a hard time as well. I love Biggby, but this entire experience was rude and very unprofessional and I will NOT be back.
