Best Buy at 300 Brown Road, Auburn Hills, Michigan.

My one stop shop for EVERYTHING electronics. I love coming to this Best Buy because they have AMAZING deals and GREAT customer service every single time I visit here. I recently purchased my new Fitbit, a laptop and several other electronic goodies from here. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I had several questions about a router since we no longer wanted to rent one from Comcast and we were able to find one that fit our needs. I highly recommend this store and the Geek Squad is Top Notch.

So, they have the greatest Deals!! Bought many T.V’s, games, appliances, phones from there.. My issue is, I find that the staff, not all, but more than half, at any store I’ve ever gone to, and I’ve visited stores all over Michigan, all the way to Myrtle Beach, are not all that knowledgeable, when it comes to their products..again,not all, but most...before I purchased my first iPhone or Apple Watch, we (my hubby and I) went into 3 different stores, and not a 1, could give us the information I needed to either work the product or point us to the direction of someone who could... We’ve had a couple times, where we spoken with Management, and not one time, were they able to help with the issue we were experiencing, even when corporate was called.. So if you are looking for help, you may be on your own.. I am from Warren ,Michigan and the 3 main stores, are the MADISON Heights location, the Bloomfield hills location, and we even went all the way to the Saginaw location, and none could tell us how to work the watch (both Apple and Android), which resulted in me taking mine back.. they told us the watch we were trying to purchase, could not do certain things or just said they did not know, and when my boyfriend got it home, I be damn if he didn’t figure it out and it ultimately end up working for him.. The geek squad insurance only benefits you on some products and not others.. there’s not too many stores, with all the products that they carry, so we just try to read up, as a consumer and do our research before going to any Best Buy... I will continue to go, cause of the selection and great deals.. but if I have a question, I will try to just google it..
